Debitsuccess will provide and print a letter for you to send home with your pupil’s using your school logo... at no cost. This will contain information about Debitsuccess, the payment by instalment scheme, and a return registration form.We will then administer the collection of these payments, provide comprehensive payment reports, and make payments directly to your bank account each week.
If an instalment is missed we will remind parents in a non-threatening manner by telephone and letter that they have overlooked payments. We will do this up to two times before passing their details back to you for other resolution.
