  • Supreme Awards : Silver Award – 3rd Place for Customer Service in NZ (Contact Centre with over 50 seats)

Known as the Oscars of the Contact Centre in New Zealand, the event was a formal affair with dinner and dancing. The CRM/ CCINZ Awards have been designed to recognise the best contact service professionals and businesses in New Zealand.
